Spares and Support
We are very keen that all customers are able to use their purchases to the full. The models offered for sale are carefully selected for their interior technical design as well as the external cosmetics. Over very many years, we have found a formula that works well for our customers and we will strive to continue this and improve, should it ever become necessary.
We recognise that from time to time spare parts will be required and we aim to be able to provide these at short notice. D & M Technical Services offer excellent facilities to help you, the customer, in delivering what you need as soon as possible.
We also offer direct communication with our help lines. Providing you phone between the times stipulated, you should make contact directly with a human voice. We do not ask you to listen to a number of different options before making contact, we hope you will get through directly and the cost is only that of a local call. If it is not possible to speak to anyone, you will be invited to leave a message, we will then return your call.
Always keep your receipt in a safe place after your purchase. In the unlikely event of the unit failing to work within the guarantee period, you should return the unit to your retailer, together with the receipt. They will advise you further on the course of action to be taken.
